Just starting out?

Google local gyms in the area and simply call them and ask for a FREE one week pass. Make sure that you are really committed to get going that week so you can make the most of the trial and see how wonderful it really can be!

Tip: Make sure to select a gym that is close to home. While I am addicted to the gym, I don’t travel for it – don’t give yourself any more barriers than you need.
