Having lived in the Australia, Europe, the Middle East and now Asia has demonstrated just how many wonderful places there are to visit in the world and in the last 3 years many of my trips have had a huge part to play in the advancement of my spiritual journey. I have met so many amazing people and found out so much about myself.
It must be said though that while I am spiritual, I like the nice things in life! I don’t believe that in order to be spiritual we need to go without and while some of my experiences have been simple, others have found me connect to stillness and my soul in style!
